Best way to fold this over

I did a dog leg patch on my fender. Fitment is good just curious as to fold the back seam over like stock is.

I would start with a body hammer and dolly to back it up. Could finish with duck bill vicegrips slow and gentle.

I know it's cheep but it's really a good set and does what's it's designed to do, very well.

Thanks guys! I had to make the brace it was rust 2. Crude but nobody will ever see it. Still need to make the 2nd part that attaches the fender to the body
