Ya know, i SOLD that guy some of my parts in the past, without any trouble .
He sent me a postal money for half the price one month, to hold the parts, then the next month another, money order arrived for the full balance price, then i mailed out the parts.
He recently wanted to purchase the current pair of rebuilt Kelsey Hayes disc brake calipers that i now have for sale, but he wanted to pay bit by bit, over a 2 month time frame.
I said no, to that type of deal.
Full payment, up front.
He does have a really weird way of wanting to BUY parts, and also when he want's to SELL parts.
Anyway, my .02 cents on the topic at hand.
Let me put an EDIT into my above comment if i may.

Took me a bit of time for me to figure out if he's selling his parts, how does he want to get paid for what he's selling.
I will bet you a dollar to a rolling doughnut, that he wants to be paid in full for the transaction.
That's one of the reasons that i didn't want to sell to him any longer.
Pay ME in full, like others are paying him.

Exactly -- You chose not to do the deal - Which is totally up to you....
This is what I keep asking / saying. If he tries to negotiate a deal, and you choose to go through with it, as far as I know, he ultimately pays. If you dont want the aggravation of payments, then choose not to sell to him.
What would I ban him for? Someone please tell me!

Has anyone here been scammed by him? Or just have a bad feeling about the deals? My deal with him didn’t happen because shipping was too much. He did mention that he gets paid in the middle of the month. I can understand not having money readily available, but not wanting to miss out on a part. Kim

I just got a chance to join in. Billy sold a GTX this morning and the water heater went out last night so I had other things to do.

As the adage goes, use PayPal, not friends and family. Get everything in writing save it until you get your parts. Be sure you know what you’re getting, as for descriptions. Very fine detailed descriptions. Pictures not blurry ones. Save them. You can get back at bat sellers. But you have to have everything saved. And an actual set of balls to do something about it instead of cry complain and whine like a bunch of bitches. Leave bad feedback! Don’t be afraid of leaving bad feedback. Why a lot of you people have In the past and not leave beat bad feedback on someone is beyond me. You screwed yourselfs.
And others by not leaving bad feedback.
Between Joey and the mods, they do all they can do. But the final touches have to be up to the membership.
The mods and Joey can only do so much! Do not sell something or part with your money to purchase something unless the terms are favorable for yourself where you are comfortable.
Failing to protect yourself, but are you are a buyer or seller, is your own fault. And if you purchase something that’s crap, make noise do something about it instead of complaining on the net. Leave bad feedback!

By the time the discussion was over with, more than SEVENTY PEOPLE had chimed in with their own horror stories about Superdart426. What is absolutely mind-boggling is that the entire thread is now gone, apparently deleted in its entirety.
Joey, you ask for proof. Lots and lots of us gave it to you then and, despite yet another new FABO handle and a few Positive feedback ratings in the meantime, that same person is still reneging on deals and causing grief. It benefits no one -- longtime members, buyers, sellers, post surfers, those looking for research and first-timers who just walked in the door -- if only "the good stuff" is left posted for everyone to see. Balance, ying and yang, black and white, Heaven and Hell and even Spy vs. Spy from MAD Magazine echo the theme that there is both good and evil in the world.
We all LOVE the Good Guy threads! Positivity is great, builds morale and confidence, and lets us all know there are amazing members here who would give the shirts off their backs for others. Conversely, hiding the evil in the form of unilaterally deleting it equates only with accepting and condoning it.
Please leave us our balance when those dark days come along if for no other reason than to substantiate, accent and detail existing Feedback ratings. As has been pointed out over and over again since it was instituted, not everyone uses the feature but we ALL use the forums.

All I can say is it takes pretty big balls to come back not once....twice...or three times, WITHOUT being "reformed" and continuing THE SAME DAMN STUFF.

I told him what a few members "No Names" had to say @ him. he wanted Names . I told him to go Gold and read it for himself.
Now he can Read it, That's why I posted here instead of in Gold forum . Ha ha , he just called me rt now and left message. I cant wait to here this . C

he try to hook me in sept 12 and 13 i get paid on 19 of each month can do payment then he never when with the deal thank god..
I really struggled with renewing my gold membership this yr. over crap like this and the sites deflect, get over it, its you not fabo, move on attitude whenever there are website or other legitimate issues . But decided to do it as pros still out way the cons.
