Joey of all the people that have posted in this thread the only one that I have had dealings with as of late is 63SPF. The other guys have had a lot to say like TX dart rusty rat rod krazykuda etc I have not dealt with these guys I think Chris’s question has been answered we can’t get a deal done and he left me negative feedback I think the bashing has been done And negative responses will continue from these guys from this point forward I think the thread should be closed

I'm not going to get into the whole 'I got scammed!' debate going on, but I think the bashing of the site admins has to stop. There is always going to be problems with people buying/selling stuff, but bashing the admins is not going to help. Do you guys want to lose the 'for sale' and 'wanted' forums? Because this is how we'll lose those.
You know, how about this. You clearly have aggravated a lot of members. Why don't you start with an apology or something? Maybe you could learn from what people are complaining about here so you can aggravate people less... You might get a better response.

Bob, you’re right, people can change. But you gotta be upfront with people, not hiding behind another name, and putting yourself into positions that cast a shadow on your integrity. You got a long way to come back from the position you put yourself in around here, and that’s going to be a slow change for people until it really sticks. If that happens, it’s up to you to make it happen, although some bridges have been burned to the ground. Cars and parts ain’t what makes this world go round, it’s honesty and integrity that only a lifetime can bring. We’re all friends here, tied together by this hobby, if you want in you gotta be a friend, a true friend.

I actually called him out in a PM a long time ago as superdart426. I asked why he asked 4X the value of a used part and if he ever got what he was asking. This was a used 65 oil pan that he wanted $200 for! His answer was "give me $70 for it". I said I would give him $30. He went as low as $50 but I didnt take the bait. From $200 to 50.....

Chris, You're a straight up member here and everything I've done with you has been 100% great. If you state it was supposed to be a perfect sure grip, I believe you.
The basics here.... Just a guess, one person on this board is playing wholesaler. He locks up your parts with partial payment and then tries to sell those same parts elsewhere for much more. If it's successful, you get paid. If not, he backs out, wants a return of his money and leaves you with your parts and months of potential sales to other people that wanted them prior. DON'T play that game. NEVER take a partial payment and allow someone else to get FREE storage from you. Cash and carry or no dice.
Wanna play in this arena.... all deposits are non refundable... PERIOD! If the person balks at that arrangement, you have your answer regarding the likelyhood of a completed deal.
Put it in writing via email or PM and keep a copy.
Have a good one all and please watch out for yourself.

You know that you took it and never paid for it, YOU should step up and make it right... Why does he have to contact you first??? You should follow through on the deal that you made and stiffed him on...

But history speaks for itself.
People change, but a habitual criminal does not. Not even after jail time.
Those that make one or two errors in judgement and realize its wrong, make personal decisions to correct and change their path for the better are worth giving a second chance.
You sir, have been carrying on for years,and something needs to be put in place to prevent you from conducting any business online from now on.
If you have decided to make change,i applaud you.
Your first step should be to close all your Fabo and other forum accounts and ony visit the forums as a guest.
This way you cannot troll the sale and wanted threads. I see the game and the potential to make money.
Its wrong,immoral and downright dirty. Not a redeeming quality.
