Looking for a big block bellhousing, I'll let you know up front that if your price is anywhere remotely near $300 I'll just purchase a new unit from Brewers.

Originality isn't an issue.
 
How about $275 shipped? It will save you some money.
 
Which year and model you working with? There are a bunch of different combinations. Bellhousings have the match the car, trans, and flywheel.

For the price difference I'd pop for the extra $25 and get a new one that doesn't need any cleaning, everything is square and all the threads are good.

I'm well aware that there are a number of differences, but I'm flexible.

Not even going into a Chrysler.

my bad, i thought you were looking for an a body big block one.
i have a 1968 11 inch bell housing for 200.00
 
It's a cast iron 10 1/2" clutch out of a 64 b-body. Casting #2463019 $150+ shipping.
