Hello! I'm starting a new project and may need assistance moving forward. I'm putting 383 BB in my 6 cyl Swinger. I have a used C body differential and want to know what length to cut it down to? I have new ends and we ill use non adjustable bearing sets. Do you have any feedback? Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
Good morning. I have progressed well with my build but need help with transmission linkage. My 70 Dart has a 383 within the wells. Used the Schumacher Creative Services for engine mounts and headers. The cars drives good, but the transmission linkage is questionable. It will not shift effectively from D to 1. I used the linkage from a B body I believe. Is there a better way to shift the transmission than using the steel linkage? Maybe Lokar?
