Would a 195/60r13 fit? Or will i need to go smaller?
Biggest tires on stock 13x4,5 inch rims?

Most all tire manufacturers have that spec on their websites. That's where I would start.
6" wide is recommended. 13's came in 4 1/2" width. Go smaller tire or find some 14" or 15" wheels.
When looking for stock tires for my car now recently, which was hard to find, I also looked at other sizes, and from what I could see, 185/70R13 was the biggest tire anyone recommended on a 4.5" x 13" rim.
But, that was what I could find, others might have found something else.
