I have one just like that, factory from my 72 and its in pretty darn good condition if I remember correctly.....ONE PROBLEM, its gold.

you could always vinyl spray it black though?

I use a product called "back to black", it took that chalky look out of my black wheel after a good hand buffing with a soft cloth! It seems to condition the plastic well!
