Has someone tried the shifter on the shifter mounting plate Dave made?
According to Mr Tarozzi, some adjustments had to be done to the opening of the hump.
I guess this may vary some from car to car, but since transmission cross member puts the trans in a given spot, this should be no more than half an inch or so, but what do you say?
First pic, trimming is not enough.
Second and third pic, I´m pleased with how this turned out, and this is fine for now...
This probably looks better than how the job was done at Hurst, but since the floor mate will cover it, this is how I did it.
To eliminate the movement of the shifter I will use a torque shaft not only at the front of the engine, but also to the bell house.

HemiSSDart, I was hoping to see a comment from you regarding shifter to hump clearance... Or has this part of the tunnel been cut up like with many other of these racers...?
