Body Color Parts on the '63 Dart

Anyone have a survivor or know for sure. Was the little tubular bar from the radiator support to the grill support and the vertical one below it painted in the body color? This appears to maybe be a survivor as you can see the black that has faded off on the radiator side support. Here both part are the color of the car.....

That does not look like a survivor car since it has way too much body color on the radiator support. It should be a satin black color with some body color overspray on it as it would have come from the factory, but I prefer to keep it all satin black.

Both of my cars (63 & 64) are body color.

My 63 is body color and it has 100 percent original paint. Had a little black over spray on the rad support side bolt.
