I have an '87 LeBanon cpe , 2.2 turbo. No rust, lots of patina. Remanufactured head, rebuilt turbo, new radiator. Needs gas tank installed, and exhaust. Has extra wheels, wiring, seats and misc parts. My friend at Exline, makes a sub frame to mount a V8 up front. That's was my plan.. Kinda lost interest. He has a 5.7 in his '94 Daytona. It would make a great sleeper. LMK if you would be interested.

I think you'd consider it a Resto project. Been sitting so its going to need brake and fuel system work in addition to drivetrain. Exterior paint is sunburned.

You might find a duster or valiant or later body for that amount , but I doubt you`ll find a restored barracuda for that...
