Does anyone make a bolt in full length exhaust for my Demon that fits Doug's headers? I like TTI's but Doug's are a little cleaner looking to me and possibly a little more corrosion resistance from what I have read here.

I've never seen one, but simply get a headers back kit. Very easy to adapt.

My experience with the headers back kits hasn't been very good. Probably not a big deal connecting to the headers but good fit around the axle and proper tip placement never seems to work out as I hoped.
Has anyone used a specific kit with Doug's with good results? Maybe the TTI kit or Pypes? The Pypes kit is stainless and nearly half the price of the TTI.

What do you think the TTI and Pypes kits are? Header back. I was including all of it when I said that. Not jes the cheap chit. lol

I have Doug’s headers D453 for my small block 67 Belvedere. I bought a TTI 2.5 X pipe kit with using my own mufflers. I got the header adapter kit from TTI, it’s a real nice fit. Dustin.

Don’t want to make a promise I can’t keep. I suggest you call and speak to them. They’re super helpful and did a great job for my 1975 Dodge dart sport with a “ 72” 340 equipped with hypo heads.

I used the Summit racing 2.5” header back kit on my Duster with Doug’s headers. I swapped out the mufflers but I didn’t have any issues with the kit, the tail pipes were a little long but that was easy to fix and once that was done the tail pipes were fine. I swapped out a couple of the included hangers for better ones, but the pipes themselves were good.
