What fan? Different lengths depending on which fan/spacer combo.
Not sure about a spacer..but it's a 7 blade fan.
The pulley bolts have a special captive washer . The blade bolts and washers go with the spacer. The water pump bolts with alternator depend on AC, PS. for some of them.
One thing you do not want to do is put the wrong bolts in the bottom timing cover holes on the drivers side. For this reason, If you remove the power steering bracket on the drivers side do not reuse those bolts without shortening them on the cover only.
Always check the depth of those holes and make sure the bolts are shorter. You can crack the number #1 cylinder very easy, You won't even feel the bolt do the damage .

5/16-18x3/4 with a lockwasher. Grade 5 minimum.
If you use a fan spacer, increase the length of the fan bolts by the depth of the spacer being used; ie a 2" spacer means you need a 2 3/4" bolt.
Consider using studs instead on the fan if you're not using a spacer, it makes it way easier to get the pulley and fan mounted. Use about a 1 1/4" stud for that- just remember that most automotive studs are a combination NC and NF threads, so make sure you get nuts that are fine thread to use with the studs (5/16-24).
The repo companies sell bolt kits. Might be worth the cost.

Water Leak question...
On a 318 I finally tracked down my water leak. its coming from the water pump bolt that has exposure to the water jacket. I tried tightening it, but if that does not work what have others done to avoid a leak? The picture shows a Red circle on the bolt that is leaking. My Power Steering Bracket...

pretty sure the op wasn't after water pump to block bolts, rather the ones that hold the fan and pulley to the pump.

to be exact he said 'pulley to balancer bolts and fan/pulley/water pump bolts' hence my comment of 'pretty sure the op' etc.....
the 'fan/pulley/water pump' bit rather than 'fan, pulley and water pump bolts' led me to think that.
i could well be mistaken, it wouldn't be the first time and i'm sure it won't be the last
