Bolt sizes needed for early A 4spd swap

Anyone have the following bolt sizes handy?

Shifter to pad
4spd to bell housing
Bellhousing to small block.

BB head bolts are the size of trans to bell housing of course not that long. I cut the head of two head bolts, screw them in to bellhousing to help line up tranny and support it while installing.
