Damn, I used to have a set-up but I sold it, you may also need the vacuum box/canister that bolts to the inner fender.

If you're not concerned with originality with the vacuum tank (required with the 64/65 booster, upgrade to a later booster which will be a lot easier to find. Also don't forget the firewall to booster adapter.
