Borgeson power steering kit

My 71 Duster has a 73 center link, idler and pitman with a manual box I bought from classic industries with no specific car listed. Hodgepodge that works if ya will.

Its a 440 car and it was not a good idea to go manual, especially since I am converting to 4 speed right now

I am getting very confused what kit to order, the 1 1/8 or 1 1/4

I used the MOOG K7076 pitman, which shows 1.1 sector, the manual pitman K7075 shows smaller at 1.004

I assume I order the Borgeson 999065 kit that says 1 1/8? The 999066 says 1.25. I just want to make absolutely sure before I pull the trigger

From what I can tell the 1.25 is on maybe the Trucks, C bodies perhaps?

The 73 pitman arm is the bigger one. If you have original on a 71 Duster would be the smaller one. Your best bet is to measure to be sure before you order. When you know what size give Pete a call and he'll set you up. Real good guy to deal with and I have 2, 1 in a Duster and 1 in a Cuda.

The 1973 is the larger 1-1/4" pitman shaft. The kit for the bog block is part number 999066

Looked through my RockAuto orders and it seems, and now I remember.... i ordered the K7076 which was the 1 1/4 which fit the power box that I took out, so I had to order the K7075 for the Mancini manual box I ordered. So I think the 999065 was the right kit to order....

The K7505 will fit the 1-1/8" steering box included in the 999065 kit.
