Went to look at a 79 4 door aspen on saturday and ended up buying it. It is a slant 6, 225 super six auto, with 42,000 actual miles on it. An old lady owned it and it has not been on the road for two years. They would start it up once a month and let it run, but it had not been started for about 6 months. She wanted 500, but I told her I would only give her 200 because like all the aspens and volares I have seen, it was rusted on the front frame rails a little and we could not get it to run on its own. I pulled it about a block to my inlaws and put fresh gas and a little in the carb and it fired up. One small piece of gas line and a front wheel cylinder that needed to be unfroze and I have a new work car!
bought another mopar on saturday!
