brake drums

Hey guys this is my first post on here. I need some help. I have a 1971 scamp with a 318. It has been setting up for awhile, and the brakes have frozen up. It has drum brakes front and rear. All but one are froze up. How do you loosin the brake pads. Any in put will be great.

On the back of the brake backing plate near the bottom, is an oblong rubber plug. Pop it out and you can reach in with a screwdriver or a brake spoon and loosen the star wheel adjuster. Then just whack the drum a few times with a BFH and they should come off.
