What is the brake fluid are you using? Dot 3,4 or Dot 5. I read somewhere not to use Dot 5 for performance cars. My car will see 90% road and the rest at the track.

Lap, not 1/4 mile times!
I have a road race car that can also be used on the street occasionally, and I use Motul 600, a type 4 fluid, with a very high boiling point. There are issues with DOT 5 (silicone), and if used the entire system must be flushed first, as it is not compatible with either DOT 3 or DOT 4.
