Hi guys, I need the plastic brake pedal bushing for my 71 Duster with auto trans. I would prefer a new one, but apparently they aren't available anymore. I don't know what other years or models used this bushing, but hopefully someone can help me out. Must be in excellent cond.

Thanks

If it is just a sleeve style bearing or a plain flange bearing, you should be able to come up with a standard bearing that will fit. I'm thinking Oilite (sintered bronze which the old Chrysler Corporation engineers invented )
Should be able to take a couple dimensions (inside, outside, width) and find one at McMaster-Carr or a bearing house.

There are 3 different sizes of bushings used there. 2 are fairly easy to find and a 3rd that you'll need to have made from scratch. Long ago there was a member who was considering changing out the entire assembly because he couldn't find a bushing that fit.
I don't recall for sure but I think he had one made by a local fab shop.
Measure twice , buy once. Good luck
