Brakeline splitter tee fitting

Does any one know of either a source or suitable substitute for waht a 69 tech diagram calls a "tee". Reference number in parts book "5-58-1"
Part # is 1118161.
The drawing is labled "Hydraulic Brake System- All Models"
This splits the brake line coming from the front of the car and is mounted on the axle housing.

I ordered mine from a local auto parts store. They matched it up with picture in a parts book.

ditto, I got mine from Napa for ~ 17

You can always cheat and get a '73-'76 rear brake hose. It has the block on the end of the hose and eliminates a potential leak at the hose/block junction.
