the tilt column I am referring to in particular is a factory tilt wheel for a 1980 Dodge truck, not sure what the market would be but I have been unable to find any sort of re-pop on them.

There's got to be a horn switch. I'm not sure how the turn signal canceller works. My '72 Challenger had a tuff wheel, but I never had it apart. It was working. I had enough other things on the then ten year old car that needed attention I wasn't going to fix what wasn't broken.
