Kegan, the problem is that many codes from earlier will interchange and also many are not correct to that specific year. What are you trying to figure out specifically I'd more than happy to try and help.
All the lower numbers are in the parts catalog they are listed as last 2 digits of part number, mostly.
this should be a fairly correct copy of your 74 BC Sheet save the year at the top.

Ok, 1 thing that has bugged me since i decoded my fendertag is it says a Longitudinal Stripes, broadcast sheet says STRIPE Under 1st in V5X. under Vehicle Del. and Handling S/Bank S/Car 6 (1-6) under S/Car Finish is 7 (9-7).
I bet I already know this but for the WH/COV Covers or Delete 11, Road Wheels 84.

Is it for the side "pinstripe" decal?
I'm not to sure. I think it was for that crap that runs down the body line.

ok and you probably know part of this. The 11 is for code W11 which is the deluxe wheel cover. The 84 is the last 2 of the wheels part number. Wheel numbers rarely match up. I think it maybe a batch number of types for wheels and tires mounted.
In the "Y" column Under s/ car finish is a 1 below that is a 7 which is code Y17 = Corporate Lease Car System.
V5X, V VINYL, 5 body side molding, X Black, only other stripe in the parts cat is a tape stripe, but is only avail in gold which eliminates that since yours is clearly marked "X" for black.
