Broadcast Sheet Rim/Tire Questions

I've tried looking everywhere for this before I posted.....

On line 5 of the broadcast sheet I would like to know what these codes are:
All are under the brown header "Wheels"
Road-45
Color-TX9-(Black?)
Spare-00

Then beside it:
Wheel Cover-60

I know from the T12 code it was a 6.95*14 WSW tire

Any help would be appreciated!

What year, make, and model are we talking about? As build codes and part numbers are different through the years.

TX-9 is Tuxedo Black color sometimes represented as X9 or even X for black

also what are you line codes, under the W codes? Probably last line on bottom of page.

If it was a black painted wheel and it came with a 6.95 x 14" tire the wheel had to be a 4.5" x 14" plain steel unit.

Depending on option package you only had 2 wheel cover choices, dog dish or deluxe.

wheel road, 45 was possibly a batch part number (tires mounted and balanced), or 45 means 4.5" wheel, but this would be the first time I've seen it like that. doesn't cross with part numbers before or after.

Parts Manual says 6.95 tire was used with both 4.5 and 5.5inch rims.

Spare 00? deleted?

60 Hub Cap part number 3461460 is the deluxe cap - code W11 (used up to March 72) As was stated above me.
