bucket seat rail bolts

is there a trick to getting out the bolts that go through the floor off the rails?

They are swaged in, so not easy to remove.

If anyone knows of a swage cutter the right size for these studs I would love to see a link where one can be bought.

well i went the ol fashioned way, grinder, hammer and punch, yep theyre in there!
