He's better then Slash. Although Slash is more bluesy.
Yes, Buckethead did leave Gn'R too. But... He is on the album.
I don't think they wanted to re-record it AGAIN! 15 years was long enough.

Slap me in the belly with a wet fish and call me Susan, but I had never heard of him. After watching a couple of videos, I can tell you that the bucket is much more technical than slash. He plays cleaner than slash.
