The intake was designed as a dual 4 barrel crossram, simular to the designs allready available for other manufacturers at that time. That top is homemade, and is worthless. The base is a str-12, which has value, but not anything like the ebay add is askingWhat do s the reason to have that much plenum with a single 4 bbl or am I missing something?
I have the correct 2x4 crossram top on one, it runs extremely well on a 410" small blockGotcha so basically no hidden HP in that combo? Lol!
Too much plenum for a single carb I think.Gotcha so basically no hidden HP in that combo? Lol!
No "was" involved. They are still in bidness.Buddy bar was the foundry that cast them for edelbrock. And that top is not factory
That's exactly what it is. A cross ram.The intake was designed as a dual 4 barrel crossram, simular to the designs allready available for other manufacturers at that time. That top is homemade, and is worthless. The base is a str-12, which has value, but not anything like the ebay add is asking
Rusty the “was” is because it’s been more than 20 years since those intakes were produced. as Rusty says “drive through”No "was" involved. They are still in bidness.
question, did they ever make these in a W2 configuration?I have the correct 2x4 crossram top on one, it runs extremely well on a 410" small block
Not that I am aware of, but that would have been AWESOMEquestion, did they ever make these in a W2 configuration?
