Building a 408 with IndyBrocks

No leaks, smoke or noises-very happy. The difference between a standard port RPM head and a moved p-rod such as these can really only be seen at the very top of the RPM range. As such it revs nicely for a 4" arm and a juice roller. J.Rob

Yeah, nice. You get a cylinder head that flows with a good cross section and the power just hangs on. Well done.
 
Looks like they were close on the power range. They say 6600 and you pulled to 6300 and it wasn't dropping off the cliff.
Probably would have went the extra 300 rpm with a stock stroke. Nether here or there. I think that turned out real well.
