Bulkhead plug blank?

When I bought my car the wiper motor and all things related have been removed from the car but the wiring harness is still plugged into the bulkhead under the hood. The wires have just been cut off. I don’t plan on driving in the rain anyway so planning to leave it this way. I hate how it looks with just the cut off wires. Any of you know if they make just a blank flat plug to put in when I remove this one so cap it off so to speak and make it look cleaner?

You could use the plastic terminal holder without the wires. And put some black rtv in it to seal it.

I would put the rtv in the cap and let it cure then attach.
