I am typically pretty good at sniffing out a scammer.. I have heard of liberty Mopars through ads on YouTube and through Graveyard cars Tv and thought surely, they were decent.. Boy was I wrong. It has been nothing but excuses from Martin Lackner. He was paid Oct 4th 2024 and promised to pull parts that weekend and ship out that Monday.. Then promised to ship out that Tuesday, and then said parts were going out Thursday Oct 10th. 2 full weeks later after saying they were going out parts still are not here, just more excuses. This week he said he had personal issues and is behind, I requested a refund. He stated parts are pulled and boxed; I requested pics all he had was the 1 picture of dash harness in box. He provided tracking # but no parts movement, and parts have yet to reach USPS. I'm willing to give people the benefit of the doubt till they prove me wrong.. I am out of patience for him. My bank has been unable to reverse transaction because it was paid through cash app, it is still under review hopefully I'll see it back, because I highly doubt I'll ever see this shipment from Liberty Mopars.

Alright... here's an update for you guys.. a box showed up today from Martin Lackner. I opened and inspected the harnesses. Per our conversation this was supposed to be a complete under hood harness all 3 harnesses engine, wiper motor and front light. It's only the engine. These harnesses were also promised to be uncut. 2 of them are cut the dash is missing 2 ends where cut and rear harnesses is missing ends where cut.
I can say enough about Martin Lackner. I received the parts not in condition he stated they were in, and his response is uncanny. I should learn to have Manners. He was told once where are my ******* parts after nearly a month. He promised to ship all underhood harnesses then only ships engine harness. His solution $100 bucks to walk away or send everything back for a full refund. After waiting a month for anything what leads me to believe he'd send anything back after full return or even partially, maybe ol Marty will prove us all wrong and actually be a man of his word. He promised to ship my door panels out either yesterday or today and it's been quiet about that. I'm sure he'll surprise everyone actually being a standup guy.
What do you think the odds are that @Liberty MW would actually give him a refund? Even with 2 cut wires the harness has value.
Alright guys here's the final recap.. Oct 4th Martin Was paid $300 For Complete Uncut non brittle Complete Engine harnesses all 3 as agreed in first messages included Engine, wiper and headlight harnesses 3 total, and 4 door panels. Complete uncut non brittle dash harnesses, and complete uncut non brittle taillight harnesses. The 1st package received had only engine harness, no wiper or headlight harness. Dash harness was cut and missing 2 ends. Tail-light harness was cut missing 2 ends. Martin Refunded $100 for the door panels on 10/30/24. After More BS and delays I received the wiper harness today in usable condition. The headlight harness is very brittle and is cut and retaped in several places. Is it too much to ask for a seller to be honest? He had all these parts in his hands and was given many opportunities to make this right. Yet, per his messages and note he placed on my shipment I the customer is supposed be understanding and patient with him while he continues to not keep his word and fails to deliver the parts in the condition agreed to or on the dates he promises. I am glad i'm not new to the parts market or finding things, because **** like this really leaves a sour taste for customers.
