cal-tracs?

someone on here has an a-body with ss springs along with the cal-trac bars. i was told by several, you can`t use this combo. was i misinformed?:dontknow::dontknow:

Cal-track does not recomend you use S/S springs with there bars. S/S springs work off of axel movement. Where as cal tracks eliminate it. So the two together would be fighting each other. I don't think it is a good combo myself. I think the way to go is with the mono leafs cal track sells too.

Here are Cal-tracs and Mono leafs.

We just did a set on my buddy's Nova and they are awesome. Yes, you should use them ONLY with monos, not superstocks.

SS springs are too stiff to use Cal-Tracs as designed.

Mono's or old worn out springs are the best.
