caliper interferance

AS you can see the pad is a tad to small to fit into the left caliper, the right pad fits perfect,if i swap pads from 1 side to the other the other


fit is fine ,so its not the pads fault,the caliper the left 1 is at fault.so what to do order a new caliper,or do you think its safe to grind a little off the side of the pad.
