cam for a 318

hey guys I have a 1974 stock 318 with cali emissions, im getting ready to change out to a set of closed chamber heads and a set of headers I would like to put a better cam in but I dont know what can go in with leaving the rest of the motor stock thankssssssssss

Comp cams XE256 is a good choice if you can bump up the compression a little. It will also work with a stock convertor and highway gears.
