Yes, Hyd. Roller. It came in a short block I got from Moper who got it from a guy who got it from Mancini racing when they were consigned the Chrysler/MP engines to sell off.

The only thing that is kind of crudy about the short block is no oil passage mods & the slugs are about .070 in the hole. (Not really crudy, just not the way I do things here at home.) The KB hyper-U slugs I can not find ether. No embossed or stamped markings other than KB, 509 on the side. The rods, bearings and crank are really nice. Stock oil pump, pick up & bronze gear are in the short block. It has the windage tray screws on the mains, but no tray. (No big deal) double roller timing chain, fuel pump block off plate and none enteric for a fuel pump. Left over oil was golden in color.

It'll work as a low compression people mover or a high performance street mill with a small cc head. I can see something like a 53 cc W5 working well. Mine are 51cc's. And currently set up for a mad large roller. Ti. valves & retainers, 2.300 springs etc.....

Maybe a E-mail to Crane is in order?
