Can anyone confirm if this plug was installed correctly? The engine has not been started yet and I can notice a small line of oil at the border of it.

Yep it's in right but I always seal them with Fel-pro high tack (or your favorite shellac type sealer) otherwise they'll leak.

It looks cocked in the bore to me. But it's facing the rigth way.
If you see oil there, you should pull it and replace (don't re-use). There should be no oil present and there is no way to fix it sans pulling the engine or transmission if it leaks.
I use the older cupped plug that you hit in the center and it expands tightly to the bore. I also clean the bore with brake clean and use a little silicone around the plug after it's expanded.

And run the oil pump with a drill after you get it fixed to make sure it really is fixed.

Already primed the engine, no leaks. Just a very small oil mark at the plug's border after a while..
