Can get a new distributor vacuum advance module?

I'm working on my 1973 Duster (electronic ignition) and I'm taking apart the distributor to clean and regrease it all. Even though it seems to work when I unplug and reconnect the vacuum line and watch the timing with a timing light, I want to replace the vacuum advance module, because it is probably original, and if it hasn't started leaking already, it will with more regular use. Anyone know where I can find one? The numbers on the advance arm appear to say "8.5 R", so I think that is 17 degrees at the crankshaft of spark advance.

I was on the Advance Auto Parts website and saw a replacement Carquest /6 distributor with a cap and rotor for $83, is that my easiest option or something to avoid?

What would be a good amount of total advance to use on a stock to near stock 225 with 1 bbl Holley and a 904 automatic? Years ago I ran around 4-6 degrees initial advance, and I forget what my total timing numbers were.
 
@halifaxhops can help you with that. Also, don't use thick grease, as it will gum it up and make it sticky.
 
I have them if needed NORS, NOS or rebuilt. Where to set the initial is in the FSM for a start if it is worked. Here is the issue with parts store distributors, they are made well usually, just the curve is set up for a large span of years and applications, not any specific car. So it might run great or not but will make it run at a minimum. When greasing the shaft and advance weight pivots oil only. Synthetic grease on the rest. Also ensure the shaft oil seal is in the housing around the shaft bushing.

They're all over eBay, last looked about $20. All different brands. From niehoff to borg warner to KEM and standard blue streak. All good brands and most I see are brand new from back before all the buyouts and "chinese-if-i-cation" happened.
