Can i fix this at home?

I went to see the Hemi today, it's still in the jeep. I looked at the oil pan and it has a bigggg dent pushing out the side and bottom. He was 4 wheeling on trails at some off-road park. Said he heard it knocking and tried to get back when he heard a big bang, and the motor locked up. At this point I don't know if it's worth $100 or not. I don't have any experience with the 3erd gen Hemi. What do you guys think and would my headers bolt to the Hemi heads? Headers are on a 360 now. Thanks
