I've got a 68 4 door dart with 13" tires. Wondering if 14" or 15" wheels will fit inside my fenders? Bolt pattern is 5x100 or 5x4". And if so, will any 5x100 rim fit??

A 15 will fit with a 195 tire, but good luck finding them!! 14's are still kinda out therA

Yes they will! The back spacing and tire width/height will dictate the fit. Lots of 14" 5x4" wheels available, some 15". Do a search on here and you will see where many folks have posed the question about the backspacing and tire widths and there are a lot of pictures and you can get a lot of ideas and info that way!

5 on 100mm is not the same as 5 on 4" Not so sure you can get away with the 5 on 100mm wheels. I'd stick with 5 on 4" wheels as they're made to fit what you have.

5-on-100mm is not the same as 5-on-4". It is not "close enough", and it is not safe to use 5-on-100mm rims on a 5-on-4" car.

Factory options in the 5-on-4" ("small bolt") wheel bolt pattern were:

13×4½" plain steel
14×4½" plain steel
14×5½" plain steel
14×5½" rallye

There have been many aftermarket small-bolt wheels offered over the years, such as the Cragar S/S ones I've got on my '62 Lancer. There are still some wheels made in the Mopar small bolt pattern; you can get plain steel ones in 14" and 15" as well as rallyes. See here.

think my boss has some original ralleys 14" up in storage that he would sell...
