Can I put power steering in my Big Block 68 Cuda

Can I and what is needed to change from standard steering to power steering
in my 68 Cuda 383 Auto , car has TTI headers on it also.

It depends on how the center tubes on the headers are routed, but in general, yes you can run power steering in a big block A-body.
 
you can do like I did on my 67 GTS with 499" and put electric power steering. It is all under dash and works great
