Can I use an MSD 6 box and maintain the function of my factory tach?

Does anyone know if you can use a factory tach with an MSD box? Is there any modifications required to have the tach work?

The MSD will be put into a 69 Barracuda with the rally dash.

You will need to purchase a "tach adapter" from MSD. The tach output on the MSD 6 won't drive most of the older tachs so the adapter goes in between.
