I have a 75 Duster and found a part that I don't know what it is or where it goes.

It's kinda hard to tell but that looks like the interior trim panel retainer for the rear. The trim panel on the side of your back seat. Mounts on the inner quarter if I'm right

It installs below the rear side panels with the screw hole in the middle. The front screw hole holds a u-nut and the rear corner of the sill plate attaches to it as shown in the following:

The part you are holding is for the driver side. My picture is the passenger side, complete with the dirty carpet.
