I bought this fine ´69 Barracuda from Sun Valley CA last summer. Seller did not have any reliable information on its history. A piece of paper I found in car indicates that one previous owner was Tom Babuscio in Winnetka CA. The only thing the seller told me was that the guy he bought the Barracuda from had been a surf shop owner who had intended to let his son go racing.

She has a 360 engine, auto trans. 3.91:1 SG and various other race mods reflecting a street strip combo like headers, Crane roller rocker arms, Moser axles, adjustable shocks and a pinion snubber. Heather and hand brake wires had been removed to free weight.

Thanks for responding with any reliable information

Do you have more pictures of the car and the first 6 of the vin? That blacked out grill surround could indicate it was a Formula S car

The lettering on the hood scoop is something you can buy at local hardware stores here in the states, nothing special about it. Maybe the PO was trying to psych out his competitors. LOL
