Can't Find An Axle

I'm having an oddly tough time finding a rear axle shaft for a 74 dart swinger. Any help as to why it's such a hard part to get or where I could come up with one? I'll appreciate any help, just got the engine swap done and it's the only part keeping my project off the road!

If you have the 7.25 rear axle, I can understand. But if you have the 8.25, you're not looking very well. At all.

The only thing I have is a pair of 8 3/4 small bolt pattern axles. I will sell only as a pair. I live in PA. 17856

I guess I just don't know enough about it. 8.25s are everywhere, but apparently this one is less common. It's a 27 spline, 32 5/8', 4.5" pattern. I can order one from Yukon, just thought the $400 tag seemed a little high. If anyone has a used one or knows if there's an alternative I'd be interested to hear about it.

I have the same problem, but mine are 28 inches long from outside of flange, or 28.5 long including the pilot. (27 spline) no one carries them.

Dutchman axles has 8.25 axles or will make some to order for a reasonable price!
