car on jack stands

My frame is very good like most of us.After the dart comes home fron the paint shop,I plan on removing the k member and rear end.So up on jack stands were is the right points to place all 4 stands.And how long can it be left there3 to 4 mounths ok.Any pointers,thanks.

In the front place the jackstands on the frame rails behind the wheelwells and on the rear place them on the frame rails infront of the wheelwells. I have had cars on jack stands for way longer than 3-4 months with no problems. Just make sure that you give it the "wiggle test" before you crawl under.
