carb problems

my car has a heasation around 1000 rpm it just dont sount right
only wen you put it drive or in any gear
its got a 750 dp holley on a bult 360

It could be the wrong size squirter or a lean condition from having too small of jet in the primaries. Do you know what size squirter the carb has in it? If it's a 31 in the front and back then you may need a 35 or 37. If this doesn't help then jet the carb up about 4 jet sizes. A readjustment of the Idle mixture screws will also have to be done. This is very easy with a vacuum guage.

Move the pump cam to the #2 position & test.

If no go move pump cam back to position #1 and move to the next size shooter.

BUT remember this
If it stumbles then go's it's too lil shot.
If it go's then stumbles/bog's it's too much shot.

well i think it was a fuel pump putin out to much pressure and bad gas cuse i put a new pump on it worked fine
