I have a 650 double pumper I plan to run on my 340 for now but I'm wondering if I may need to step up to a 750.

What about adding a Proform body to my 650 ? Would I gain anything there ? I've already cut the choke down on the 650.

My combo is
340
9.5:1
Magnum Heads
Either my LD340 or anRPM AirGap
Comp XE274 .513/.523" lift with 1.6 rockers 110lsa
1-5/8 Headers 3" exhaust

10" converter (3000 stall)
3.91s 28" tire

I was looking at the 750 Mighty Demon but if 650 is enough I'l find another place to spend the $500

Greg go for it. Im not ready yet. Just figuring everything out.

70 - Don tells me to run a 650 Mighty demon.

I dont think I'd gain alot with just the body. Ive already cut the choke off and blended it all in.

Adam......Your kinda right on the border as far as 650 or 750..........In my opinion I would stay with the 650 and upgrade it to downleg boosters like a 750 has and enhance the metering blocks and that should be an improvement...........These changes will add 45CFM and should be best for your current combo.....Jesse

Thanks Jesse. Do the booster require a specal tool to change them ? I thought I read they do.

I dont think so either Walter. People keep telling me the 650 is to small though.
