After I start my 62 Lancer gasoline begins to spew out of the Bowl Vent Valve / Accelerator Pump Plunger. (WHY?)

Stuck float needle valve, junk between needle and seat.

Yep, junk between needle and seat, a bad float, or too much fuel pressure.
Rust from the tank can cause the first issue.
Brass floats can leak and fill with gas causing the issue.
Too much fuel pressure from a new fuel pump if installed lately.

Thanks for the help. I removed the needle, cleaned it and the seat + all around the floats, installed a new accelerator pump and fuel filter. Put it back together, runs pretty good and no fuel leaks.

Thanks for the help. Cleaned it all out, installed a new accelerator pump and fuel filter. Runs pretty good, no more fuel leak.
