Not sure what difference is. I have one from a 72 6cyl duster and the holes for pitman arm and idler arms are smaller and overall length is longer. I ordered all steering parts for a 74 318 duster. I'm thinking 73 & up is different.

Yes 73 to 76 is used on the spool mount k member and is different than 72 and earlier.
