Is having my manifolds ceramic coated inside and out worth the money to lower under hood temp. (340 cu in a dart)

Absolutely! The internal coating also helps protect from rust, maintains a smoother surface and keeping the heat inside the tube promotes better exhaust efficiency.

I saw where a jet-hot coated header read 518F on the surface with a chrome header, later, the same coated header read 201F on the surface! THats not even hot enough to boil water! My buddy had his headers coated, and I can tell you that 5 minutes after shut down you can touch his headers without getting bunded. I am getting mine done.
