Scored this set of Charger buckets. Owner says they fit 71 and up.

Am i correct in thinking that if i buy foam and covers for a 70 Duster from Legendary (linked below) these frames are the same (minus the mounting brackets)

As long as the seat frame has the springs on it and they aren't molded into the foam, you should be able to put A-body foam on the frame and change the seat tracks to a-body. Do you have a photo of the seat without the seat back plastic on there?

Not yet, Ill find out for sure tomorrow.

If it is the molded into the foam style what are my options from there?

I wouldn't get them if the springs are molded in. I just reupholstered some 72 buckets. The springs are molded into the foam (this started in 72) I would have stayed away from them but the foam was in good shape. No one offers the 72 style foams.

How's the foam? Having just gone through this you might be better off reconditioning/repairing what you have than buying new.

Really good shape..just needs a good cleaning and a Ozone bath to get rid of the "old car" smell

But ive redone seats before and had to make my own foam from scratch so not tooworried abt the next step. I just didnt i itially realize there was two diff styles and that one her sprongs moulded in. That would have been annoying.
