Cheap but good tools for holiday gifts?

What kind of tools are out there that are fairly cheap but extremely useful? Looking to get some cheap gifts for the holidays.

Menards has alot of cheap tools, also seen Sears had some good sales on their "Workforce" brand (I think that was the correcet brand) tools, good quality for alot less than Craftsman, lifetime warranty too.

Lowes had some $5 and $10 tool sets that would be decent for general use.

i like Husky stuff from home depot, really reasonably priced and a great warranty! Try and stay away from harbor freight unless you do your research and know what you're getting...

this is my absolute favorite tool. i use it all the time, every where. i have 3, one in my tool box, one in my tool/nail bag for construction, and one on my dresser...
